FRIDAY FAVORITES. RECIPE EDITION.

Hey friends! Happy Friday! I’m linking up today with AndreaNarci and Erika. It’s been a pretty slow week around here as we try to get back into the routine of things after the holidays so I thought I’d share a recipe that is a favorite this week instead of our usual family favorites from the week.

We are expecting a winter storm to hit us tonight and this soup is a cozy edition to a snowy night at home. It re-heats great (don’t all soups) and is a great spin on a standard veggie soup. I should note though, it is in no way low sodium so if you’re watching that this wouldn’t be a good recipe for you. We eat it with crackers usually but a slice of french bread would be yummy too.

I promise I will think about a recipe ahead of time next time and get better pictures.

you will need…

**2 cans of Veg-all  drained (I sometimes have mixed veggies of any brand on hand and that works just as good)

**1 can of Rotel and the juice (hot or mild)

**2 cans Campbells Minestrone soup

**2 cans Ranch style beans

Pour all ingredients into crockpot (along with the minestrone cans both filled with water and also added then just cook until warm. We usually let it go all day and eat it for dinner.

There are a few 7 can soup recipes and they are all  a bit different it looked like. This one packs the flavor and is our go-to.

What’s your favorite winter recipe? I would love to know.

Have a great weekend friends!
