Happy Friday! And if your from Murphysboro, happy best week of the year in our little town.

It’s no secret that we love all things small town life, and the Apple Festival is no acception.

It’s been awhile (again;) since I’ve blogged, but I’m linking up with Erika and Andrea to share some favorites.

Up first, those Friday Night Lights. We are not a big sports family, but there’s something to be said for community on a Friday Night. Especially when it involves cousins…

A carnival ride is always Averys favorite….

Welcoming people home after a long hospital stay is our favorite. If you’ve prayed for our baby nephew, THANK YOU! He is doing much better and should be heading home this Monday. It’s not my story to tell, but we appreciate all the prayers lifted up for him and his parents.

It must be the Captains favorite week of the year too, but also the busiest and the Captain earned a bath apparently;)
