Happy Friday friends! And a GOOD Friday at that.
In our family, we are taking time to reflect on the cross and Jesus extra this week. Just so thankful that he died for you and me and our sins. Easter is one of my favorite holidays. All the spring and new life that happens around it are gentle reminders of Gods love and promises.
If you are facebook friends with me, then you may already know we announced Pine Valley Christmas Tree Farms on facebook this week. If you’re real life friends with me/us, then you know this was the plan all along;) We are very excited and our first trees go in the ground in about a month or so.
Ellie had a Beta Induction ceremony last Sunday, and watching our girl be a great human and community orriented is a favorite for sure. We are so proud of every accomplishment she has, but her character at age 14 is something to sing praises about. I always say success will look different to everyone, but if we have raised kind and compassionate kids who become the same kind of adults one day, then I will feel successful in how we parented them.
Avery and Brandon went to a daddy daughter dance a couple of weekends ago…
The cotton candy was her favorite;)
Bib Buddies….is my favorite:) She kept saying “I have to get them really dirty to look like I worked hard”
