Hey guys! Happy Friday! I’m linking up today with Andrea, Erika and Narci and sharing some favorites!
First up, these mens khakis! I am sure it sounds really weird that I am calling these a favorite, but after searching for what seems like years Brandon has found some work pants he loves. The bonus is, these wash and dry so well and are basically wrinkle free out of the dryer. Because, I dont iron;) Everything we have tried in the Amazon Essentials brand (so far) has been great quality and good prices. These pants come in many colors and some are Prime Wardrobe eligible so you can try before buying.
Another great Amazon find from last week was this dress. It is comfy, cute and has pockets. Comes in many colors (I snagged the gray), and also true to size. I will post a picture in it soon, but I tried it on the other night when the rest of me looked a mess and I don’t want you guys to have to see that;)
Always a favorite, this girl. I think I’ve mentioned before how we really are loving our girls’ ages currently! I wish I could freeze time right now because 9 & 5 are FUN!! I love how Ellie is coming into her own personality and it is shining. She is the quieter sister, and she is sometimes super timid. She has such a servant heart and a few weeks ago led a fundraiser at her school to support another students family through a hard time. So proud of the little lady she is becoming!
Swimsuit weather is a big favorite around our house, and although it seems far away for us in the Midwest, we are heading to a waterpark very soon so we were seeing what suits need replaced from last year. It’s not the beach, but we settled for an indoor waterpark resort instead due to some other commitments and having to cut Spring Break shorter.
I was at our Walmart this week, and found womens tights on clearance for great prices! They had all kinds of choices so I stocked up. I feel like tights are something I never really think to buy, until its Sunday morning and I need some for a dress. So if you’re like me, don’t wait until you need them and check your stores now.
This gave me a good laugh this week! Play places came up in a conversation I was having and I was like, “Avery hasn’t ever been in one” which is true, at least on our watch. Because, when you have an immune deficiency you tend to stay away from places like that or at least we do. We weren’t big fans when Ellie was little either, but poor Avery hasn’t had a chance to explore those germ pits. She isn’t deprived of much, except play places. So this meme was a favorite.
Have a great week friends!
