PUMPKIN DIP.

Happy Friday!

I’m sharing a recipe (probably to easy to call it that) today that’s one of our favorites. This can be doubled and we often double it because it keeps well in the fridge for a few days and then if you need a snack it’s there and ready.

Here’s what you’ll need:

8 oz. whip cream

15 oz. Pumkin Puree (we use canned)

1 box of instant vanilla pudding (don’t make the puddding just need the powder of it)

A pinch (or 2 whatever your preference is) of Pumpkin Spice or Pumpkin Pie Spice

You can serve it with apple slices, graham crackers but our favorite is vanilla wafers.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Mix together pumpkin, the pudding powder and pumpkin pie spice.

Fold in the whipped cream and serve immediately or keep refrigerated.

Lay some cookies or apples around the bowl of dip and your done.

I’ve seen this served in a pumpkin (so cute and festive) and it’s great for potlucks, parties ect.

Have a great Halloween weekend! You can find me stealing the girls chocolate;)
