Hey friends!

It’s been forever since I’ve done a family update it feels like. So I’m listing 3 things as an update.

Ellie 

Ellie has found her best life in middle school. We are so thankful for that! She’s loving just about all the parts of it and excelling in many areas too.

She wanted to try out for the school play, but only wanted a small part. She made it and it’s happening in a few weeks. This is WAY out of her typical comfort zone, and we are so proud of her for trying something new and uncomfortable for her.

She also hit a million words read for the school year a month or 2 ago, and is selling Book Gems (bookmarks but cute) as a side business.

Avery

Avery is also loving school this year and has a great teacher! She’s got some great kids in her class and we are thankful for that after spending last school year at home.

She is into everything American Girl doll (send help;) and the birthday and Christmas lists she’s made are a mile long. Spoiler alert… she isn’t getting most of it.

Avery has been thriving since her surgery almost a year ago. It’s been the biggest blessing to watch her grow and have actual energy (way more than her parents;) She’s a champ at taking her pills (it’s preventative since she’s prone to infections) everyday and we are thrilled with the outcome.

The rest of us…

Brandon has been crazy busy with his side hustle Board Room Game Co. and some days it’s keeping me busy too. The best kind of busy and we are thankful!

I don’t remember if I shared this or not, but in early fall I started a part time job as an admin assistant for a local childrens ministry chapter. The hours and flexibility with it is a great fit for our family and it’s going well.

Bond is still doing good. He lives his best life in front of a space heater at home sleeping all day most days. He’s crazy spoiled and we all fight over who loves him more.
